How to work in a foreign embassy

Embassies generally do not disclose recruitment information to the public, and staff members make progress through certain social relations. Moreover, going to work in the embassy requires extremely high foreign languages, and generally you have to pass TEM-8. If the foreign language is not good, even an acquaintance can't become a regular employee. This is what my friend who works in the Jordanian embassy told me, and the news is more reliable.
