Brief introduction of Chongqing Xipeng industrial park

Chongqing Xipeng Industrial Park, located in Jiulongpo District, Chongqing, was built by Chongqing Highway Engineering Group. In July 2003, the park was approved by the municipal government as a characteristic industrial park in Chongqing, with a planned area of 65 square kilometers, including 4 square kilometers in the built-up area, 5 square kilometers in the start-up area and 56 square kilometers in the development area. The recently available land area is 18 square kilometers. Based on the Southwest Aluminum Enterprise of Chinalco, with the development of high-tech industries as the core and the intensive processing of aluminum as the focus, the park will strive to build "China Aluminum Processing Capital, Chongqing Emerging Industrial Base and Western New Town Dominant Urban Agglomeration".
