Because everyone's main job-seeking channel is the recruitment platform, if the recruitment platform has defects in the audit management system of enterprises at ordinary times, it will directly affect the safety of job seekers, just like Mr. Li in the "blood slave" incident, who was betrayed by swindlers. It's terrible to think about it. Therefore, I believe that in order to ensure the safety of the recruitment market, the recruitment platform must rectify the enterprise norms and assume certain responsibilities.

The network platform should be standardized as soon as possible.

In fact, it is very convenient and fast to find a job on the network platform, which completely eliminates the opportunity for many job seekers to join large enterprises because of asymmetric information. However, the more convenient this method is, the more standardized it should be, and the audit of enterprises should be stricter. Only in this way can the recruitment market be cleaner and more assured.

Job seekers should also have "a pair of eyes"

In fact, there are many tricks for scammers on the Internet to cross the recruitment platform and evade the platform audit. Then at this time, job seekers in a weak position must practice a pair of critical eyes and learn to distinguish between true and false.

I hate this kind of recruitment most. Generally, regular enterprises have their own landline. If a company calls you on a mobile phone, be sure to take it seriously. Beware of being fooled.
