The headquarters of the Second Hospital was changed to a residential area for employees, and the Pingtian clinic was cancelled. In 2000, there were 198 employees in the Second Hospital of the City, including health technicians 143, 2 with senior titles, 34 with intermediate titles and 0/07 with junior titles. There are 72 beds, 74,225 outpatients and 3,645 inpatients. The cure rate was 96.9%, the mortality rate was 1%, and the bed utilization rate was 50%.
