I. Application conditions

(4) Matters needing attention in registration

The interview is conducted according to the method formulated by the school itself, which mainly tests the professional ethics, professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality required to perform the duties of the post.

(2) Qualification examination

The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation), and shall also conform to the physical examination standard for teachers' qualifications in Jiangsu Province.

The employing unit shall organize an inspection of those who have passed the physical examination, and determine the list of persons to be employed according to the results of inspection, physical examination and psychological test.

If the investigation, physical examination and psychological test of the candidates do not meet the requirements, or the candidates to be hired explicitly give up employment, or cause other vacancies, they will be replenished at one time according to the total score from high to low.

If the employment is affected by the publicity result of the candidate to be hired, and the candidate to be hired explicitly abandons the employment after the publicity, it will not be replenished.

After the employment is approved or put on record, it will not be renewed.

If the personnel to be employed generally conclude an employment contract with the recruiting unit for more than 3 years (inclusive), in addition to dissolving the employment contract according to law, they should also serve in the school for 3 years (including the probation period).

The full-time counselor to be employed shall sign an employment contract with the school, except that the employment contract is terminated in accordance with laws and regulations. Once hired, you must serve as a counselor in our school for more than 5 years (including probation period), and you may not be transferred or exchanged to a non-counselor position in our school during the service period.

In any of the following circumstances, the school will cancel the employment qualification:

1. The person who has no work unit fails to sign the employment contract with the school within 15 working days after being notified by the school to sign the employment contract;

2. The staff of a work unit can't provide proof of termination of working relationship with the original unit within 30 working days after the school informs them to sign the employment contract;

3. The fresh graduates can't get the corresponding academic degree certificate on schedule.
