The main student cadres include: squad leader and above, including squad leader (secretary) of class (League branch, Party branch), section chief of department student union (Youth League Committee, Graduate Student Association, Social Federation) and above, and deputy of school student union (Youth League Committee, Graduate Student Association, Social Federation) and above.

Full-time ideological and political work refers to working as a full-time secretary or deputy secretary in the Party's grass-roots committees, general branch committees and branch committees, or working in party departments such as discipline inspection, party office, organization (personnel), propaganda and United front, or working in trade unions, the Communist Youth League and women's federations, as well as ideological education or professional ethics construction.

The main student cadres and their working years are calculated as of July 3, 20231.

Graduates of ordinary institutions of higher learning in 2023 and 2022, whose file relationship is still in the original graduate institution, or in graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service institutions, and public employment service institutions, who graduated abroad at the same time and have completed their academic qualifications but have not yet implemented their work units, can apply for the positions of fresh graduates.

Graduation of foreign teaching and research institutions at the same time refers to overseas students who study in foreign teaching and research institutions and graduate with domestic fresh graduates. The time requirement for graduation at the same time is the same as that of domestic fresh graduates.

The base date for calculating working years is July 3, 20231.

(4) Matters needing attention in registration

1. Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the job requirements and online tips, and upload their recent two-inch (35X45) photo without a hat, in jpg format, with the size not exceeding 20Kb.

The written test mainly tests the candidates' professional knowledge and application ability, and does not specify the outline and teaching materials.

The written test score is 60 points (full score 100).

The written test results will be published on the notice bulletin board () of the website of the school personnel office within 10 working days after the written test. Candidates can check by ID number and admission ticket number.

The interview is conducted according to the method formulated by the school itself, which mainly tests the professional ethics, professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality required to perform the duties of the post.

The qualified line of interview results is 60 points (full score 100), and those below 60 points will not be hired. Candidates will be informed of the interview results on the spot.

(2) Qualification examination

Before the interview, among those who have passed the written test, the number of people to be employed in each recruitment position is 1: 4 in order from high score to low score, and those who fail to reach this ratio are determined according to the actual number.

The recruitment department (unit) will examine the qualifications of the candidates. If there are qualified candidates who fail or give up the qualification review, they will be replenished from high score to low score in the written test.

Fourth, physical examination and investigation

After the exam, the total score of the candidates is determined according to the calculation method of the total score. Among the qualified personnel in each individual examination (test), those who participate in physical examination and psychological test are determined from high score to low score according to the proportion of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1.

If the test scores are tied, the medical examiner shall be determined according to the principle of giving priority to the person with the highest interview score.

Professional skills test and interview results are the same, according to the interview and test to determine the ranking.

The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation), and shall also conform to the physical examination standard for teachers' qualifications in Jiangsu Province.

The employing unit shall organize an inspection of those who have passed the physical examination, and determine the list of persons to be employed according to the results of inspection, physical examination and psychological test.

The list of candidates will be published on the Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security website for 7 working days.

The publicity contents include post number, recruiting unit, post name, name of the person to be hired, education background, major, graduation institution, current work unit, recruitment examination results, total score, ranking, etc.

If the investigation, physical examination and psychological test of the candidates do not meet the requirements, or the candidates to be hired explicitly give up employment, or cause other vacancies, they will be replenished at one time according to the total score from high to low.

If the employment is affected by the publicity result of the candidate to be hired, and the candidate to be hired explicitly abandons the employment after the publicity, it will not be replenished.

After the employment is approved or put on record, it will not be renewed.

For those who have no objection to publicity, after being put on record by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the employing unit shall handle the relevant employment procedures for them, sign an employment contract with them, and stipulate the probation period.

After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will be given post grading; Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the employment contract will be terminated.

If the personnel to be employed generally conclude an employment contract with the recruiting unit for more than 3 years (inclusive), in addition to dissolving the employment contract according to law, they should also serve in the school for 3 years (including the probation period).

The full-time counselor to be employed shall sign an employment contract with the school, except that the employment contract is terminated in accordance with laws and regulations. Once hired, you must serve as a counselor in our school for more than 5 years (including probation period), and you may not be transferred or exchanged to a non-counselor position in our school during the service period.

In any of the following circumstances, the school will cancel the employment qualification:

1. The person who has no work unit fails to sign the employment contract with the school within 15 working days after being notified by the school to sign the employment contract;

2. The staff of a work unit can't provide proof of termination of working relationship with the original unit within 30 working days after the school informs them to sign the employment contract;

3. The fresh graduates can't get the corresponding academic degree certificate on schedule.
