Not only did everyone's car develop smoothly in Huizhou from death to life, but it also buried Huizhou local shopping malls with later shopping malls such as Liri and Guorainbow. Renren. com has dominated for several years, and it doesn't want to cry after making money.

Everyone is happy, and the shopping environment is lower than the other seven (compared with two in Japan, the same below). Simple decoration, facing middle and low-grade people, mainly daily necessities, with relatively low price and poor quality of corresponding products. Shopping guides are ugly and the quality of personnel is uneven. Its price is small profits but quick turnover, and consumers are mainly working-class.

Even a large number of foreigners, such as Chen Jiang and Shuikou, like shopping here. A few years ago, there was only one in Huizhou, and the parking lot was convenient, which attracted a large number of people. But now there are more supermarkets, and the requirements of middle and high-end people are also high. In addition, the parking lot on the right side of Huizhou has been taken back by CCB Building, and parking is quite inconvenient. At the same time,

2. Liri Xihu branch

The evening breeze on the beautiful West Lake is intoxicating. When I first started business, my home was nearby. It was a pleasure to hang out with my lover every night without buying anything.

Its shopping guide wears bright and uniform clothes, which is very pleasing to the eye and gives people a good feeling, and the attitude of shopping guide is not bad. The quality of goods is acceptable, with emphasis on supermarkets, clothing and leather goods. There are not many parking spaces in the parking square, and a large number of vehicles have to enter the underground parking lot, but the layout of the parking lot is not very good, and the whole feeling is uncomfortable.

Its store gave people a good feeling at first, but with the appearance of Crossing the Rainbow, compared with it, the quality of the shopping mall is very different, but the price is different. Compared with the other seven stores, except for the rainbow, the quality is more guaranteed.

3. CR Vanguard

The decoration is general, the layout of the shopping mall is a bit messy, the shopping environment is worse than the last one, and the fire exits and people flow are quite unreasonable. This may be limited by the defects of Guohua Building itself, and it is generally uncomfortable, not as comfortable as Liri West Lake Store and Guorainbow Store.

The dress of the shopping guide is ok, but it is not uniform, giving people a messy feeling, and the service attitude is ok, but it needs to be improved. For middle and low-grade and high-grade groups, supermarkets are the main ones, and the advantages of clothing and leather goods are not obvious. It has changed in recent years, and the product quality is acceptable and still satisfactory.

There is a small amount of parking in the parking lot square, but it can be parked on the roadside of wheat fields, which is quite good during off-peak hours, but its underground parking lot is quite a test of driving skills. Beginners are advised to go carefully, and of course it can also be used as an excellent place to practice driving.

The shopping mall opened by Hong Kong Parknshop at Nantan intersection generally feels ordinary, the scenery is messy, the main products are inconspicuous, the customer base is low-middle and upper-middle groups, the flow of people is acceptable, the quality of goods is uneven, but it is much better than everyone else's, the decoration level is low, the shopping environment is unsatisfactory, the quality of shopping guides is average, and the clothes are uneven and a little messy.

With the management mode of Hong Kong, it is a bit of a Hong Kong-style cheapskate. Parking is convenient, but once it reaches the rush hour, the parking space is obviously insufficient. Its parking lot is the only large shopping mall that charges fees. Although it takes two hours or a stamp to get rid of it, it can be seen that Hong Kong people are stingy.

5. Liri Jiangbei Branch

Compared with the West Lake Store, the other layout is quite unreasonable, the flow of people is unreasonable, and the shopping environment is uncomfortable, but it is similar to the West Lake Store in other aspects.

Step 6 cross the rainbow store

Among the seven, my favorite is Crossing the Rainbow, with high-grade decoration, comfortable and elegant shopping environment, neatly dressed shopping guides, many beautiful women and high quality. As the main products, clothing and leather products are of high quality. Most of them are world-famous brands with reliable quality and good after-sales service. Shopping gives people a feeling of considerable peace of mind.

The goods in the supermarket are also satisfactory, and the products have a certain degree of choice. Different from other shopping malls, there are more Siebel products here. Although his products are more expensive, they are superior to excellent products. The parking lot is nice. There are plenty of open-air parking spaces in large squares, and it is satisfactory to enter the underground parking lot during peak hours. The underground parking lot is probably the best decorated parking lot in Huizhou, with clean and bright ground and spacious parking spaces.

It's easy to carry, it's good, and this should be done well by Longsheng! Over the rainbow has always taken the high-end route, and its shopping mall in Shenzhen is also my favorite shopping mall. Living in Shenzhen, I often lament the air conditioning inside after work. Feel comfortable or not!

7. Walmart

There are many products in warehouse supermarkets, but they are messy. Mainly engaged in low-end products, low prices, uneven quality. Like the positioning of Renren.com, it faces a wide range of people, but it is superior in terms of large scale, many purchase channels and overbearing, so the price is low. In Shenzhen, I felt uneasy about what I saw when I went to Wal-Mart.

There are not many brand-name products, and most of them are unknown products, which is very chaotic. The quality of the shopping guide is average, the clothes are uncomfortable and unsightly, and the parking space is ok, but in Huizhou, it is just so-so. If the peak is not enough, it is not. .....

Now I basically only go to the first three stores, and rarely go to other stores.

After Wal-Mart came to Huizhou, who had the greatest influence on the other six stores?

In my opinion, the biggest impact is Renren Music, followed by Wanjia and Baijia Music, especially Renren Music. Because the product positioning is the same, it focuses on daily necessities and belongs to low-end products, but Wo Wo has a huge scale and low price. The impact on Wo Wo after coming in may be fatal!

It also has a great impact on thousands of families and hundreds of families, but because quite a few products do not intersect, the impact is there, but it will not have a great impact. Moreover, the two groups are huge, competing for N years, and living in peace, which has little influence on Liri and Guorainbow, and is seriously inconsistent with the positioning of consumers in Wo Wo.

The route is also different, especially in Crossing the Rainbow, which is not a daily department store, so it has no influence at all. The quality of Wo Wo's products can't be compared with that above the rainbow.
