On the website, the reporter also found that New West claimed that it was applying for the qualification of "Chinese training service provider for the London 2012 Olympic Games". Shareholder Ms. Xu said that in order to attract students to apply for jobs at New West, New West also hired people to search university lists online and send these recruitment information to these universities.

These people divide their labor. After searching for how many universities there are in Guangxi, after sorting it out, so many emails were sent out in bulk.

In mid-December last year, some shareholders and college students alerted the Economic Investigation Brigade of the Baixia District Public Security Bureau of Nanjing City, and Pan Laijun was criminally detained on suspicion of fraud.
