Community coordinators for the disabled often go deep into every corner of the jurisdiction to communicate with the disabled, encourage them to participate in various activities of the Disabled Persons' Federation and community organizations, and help those disabled people who have the ability to work to do what they can.

This year, our community organized laid-off workers to participate in various job fairs five times, with more than 250 participants. We went deep into intensive enterprises to encourage units to recruit our unemployed people, and more than 70 people were recommended and successfully employed. More than 30 people provide free job introduction, vocational guidance and vocational training for unemployed people with employability and desire. This year, 380 new jobs were created in cities and towns, laid-off and unemployed people were re-employed 150, and older people were re-employed.

Encourage unemployed people to choose their own jobs and start their own businesses. There are 15 people who are engaged in self-employment and business operation, and enjoy relevant tax reduction and exemption policies according to the provisions of the re-employment concession card. In addition to providing jobs for zero-employment families and unemployed people, community labor security workstations also provide employment guidance, skills training and entrepreneurship training for more than 50 people in time.
