To formulate urban and rural social security and its supplementary insurance systems and standards and organize their implementation; To formulate the management and supervision system of social insurance and its supplementary insurance funds jointly with relevant departments; To formulate measures for the collection, payment, management and operation of social insurance and its supplementary insurance funds and organize their implementation; To exercise administrative supervision over the management of social insurance funds; Prepare the draft proposal for the budget and final accounts of the city's social insurance fund.
