Established in April 2009, Xinjiang Qinghua Energy Group (hereinafter referred to as Xinjiang Qinghua) is a joint-stock enterprise under China Qinghua Energy Group Co., Ltd., located in Zone B of Yidong Industrial Park, Yining County, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang. It is a new clean energy enterprise integrating coal mining, coal-to-natural gas production and comprehensive utilization of different quality coal. It has 7 wholly-owned subsidiaries and more than 2,300 employees. In 20 18, it was listed as the national key gas supply unit in winter by the national development and reform commission, and now it has become one of the coal-based natural gas enterprises with long-term safe and stable operation in China.
