Brief introduction of Naqu city

Naqu City is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Xizang Autonomous Region. It is located in the northern part of Tibet and is the "North Gate" of Tibet. It is located between Tanggula Mountain, Nyainqentanglha Mountain and Gangdise Mountain. The central part is plateau hills, and the northwest elevation is relatively high. The northern part is located in Tanggula mountain area, the eastern part is plateau terrain, and the southern part is located at the intersection of northern Tibet Plateau and eastern Tibet alpine canyon, with a total area of 430,000 square kilometers.

Climatic characteristics
