Accordingly, during the validity period of the lease contract, the ownership of the leased property changes due to the sale, inheritance and other reasons.
The lease contract is still valid for the new owner. When the new owner fails to perform the lease obligation, the lessee can enjoy the lease right to the new owner, which is theoretically called "buying and selling does not break the lease".
