Registration conditions and requirements for volunteers

Registration, training and service hours

Registration method: fill in the registration form at the service desk on the first floor of the museum.

Volunteer job responsibilities

1, strictly observe labor discipline, arrive at the post on time, obey the arrangement and serve seriously.

2. Assist the staff to conduct civilized supervision in the reading area, persuade uncivilized behavior, and maintain the reading order in the library.

3. Assist librarians in daily management such as shelving and sanitation, guide readers to operate smart devices such as self-service borrowing and returning, and help readers find the books they need.

4. Participate in, plan and organize various reading activities in our library.

Evaluation method

1. Please arrange the service time according to your own situation when registering. The total service time is not less than 40 hours.

2. Those who are absent from work for no reason, leave their posts without permission during the service period, or are incompetent for volunteer work due to personal reasons will be disqualified from volunteering.

3. After unified training, awarded the "Excellent Volunteer" certificate to the volunteers who performed well during their work.

4. The library evaluates the volunteer service of student volunteers.
