4. Education requirements: Front-line flight attendants must have at least a technical secondary school degree or above (including high school).

5. Appearance requirements: In principle, front-line female flight attendants need to be 163cm-172cm tall, with dignified and comely appearance, and have a certain affinity; in principle, front-line male flight attendants need to be 175cm-180cm tall, with good facial features. If there are special circumstances, the introduction must be approved by the company leaders.

6. Be in good health and meet the physical requirements of the professional position.

7. The professional or skill level has passed the assessment and has the ability to work independently.

8. You must provide authentic application materials and provide the following attachments: a copy of your ID card, a copy of your academic degree certificate, a physical examination certificate, a copy of your academic performance, and a certificate of no criminal record.

1.1 Interns

Undergraduate students recruited through campus , the school and I signed a tripartite internship agreement with the employer, and arranged an internship in the EMU.

1.2 Labor Dispatch

Frontline employees recruited through other forms of employment sign labor contracts with the company and are dispatched to HNA by the company.

2. Benefits

2.1 Probation period and internship period

The probation period for labor dispatch employees is 2 months.

The assessment period for interns is 2 months, and the internship period is between half a year and one year. Please refer to the internship agreement signed with their school. After obtaining the diploma, according to their normal work performance and personal wishes, they will sign a labor contract with our company and continue to work in our company as labor dispatch personnel.

2.2 Probationary period and internship period benefits

Based on the new employee’s academic qualifications and relevant work experience, probationary period benefits shall be implemented in accordance with the following standards:

Flight attendant—35.4 yuan/hour (900 yuan)—

Internship cabin crew, flight attendant, acting cabin crew 1st and 2nd month Benefits during the internship period: Internship subsidy standard = (basic salary commission) * 0.8

Benefits from the third month to the end of the internship: Internship subsidy standard = (basic salary commission) * 0.85

Agent cabin crew Salary during long-term agency = standard base salary for the position (commission ratio for each level - 0.5)
