What is quality assurance CS?

I saw on the recruitment website that the requirements of CS engineers are "more than 2 years of quality assurance experience in foreign-funded enterprises, CET-4 or above, good communication and coordination skills, experience in handling customer complaints, and computer hardware expertise is preferred."

Similar to domestic QE, that is, quality engineer, to put it bluntly, QE is required to handle customer complaints, arrange heavy work, reply to 8D reports, do SIP for incoming materials, production lines and shipments, and control the progress.
