Chuzhou University has conducted in-depth guidance on the whole process of employment, organized graduates to plan and cultivate their employability in advance, carried out teacher training, coordinated the process of training tasks, paid attention to improving the quality of training, and did a good job in employment guidance services for junior and senior students.

1. Plan the training work in advance: In 2022, the school training base will be mainly responsible for training 700 college graduates from Bengbu, Fuyang and Chuzhou 15. A training plan was made during the summer vacation. Take the initiative to do a good job of docking with colleges and universities, and complete a number of preparatory work such as teacher selection, student selection, training publicity and mobilization, and training materials storage before the start of school in autumn.

2. Conduct teacher training: On September 24th, Al Qaeda held a training course for teachers of Hongzhi Navigation Aid Program, and 75 leaders, teachers and relevant staff of employment guidance departments from Bengbu, Fuyang and Chuzhou participated in online and offline training. The training ability and practical experience of the participating teachers have been improved, which has laid a solid foundation for ensuring the smooth completion of the training task.

3. Coordinate the process of training tasks: after the start of school in autumn, start the training of graduates from four colleges and universities in Chuzhou in time. Up to now, we have successfully completed the task of training 2 17 graduates from our university and four universities in chuzhou city vocation college, Chuzhou Vocational and Technical College and anhui science and technology university.

During the training period, the base and colleges and universities attached great importance to it, carefully planned and arranged the training work, invited the leaders in charge of the school to attend the opening and closing ceremonies, emphasized the significance of the training of "Hongzhi Navigation Aid Plan", expressed expectations and care for the trainees, commented and guided the classroom teaching of lecturers, assigned class teachers to follow them, and supervised the training process throughout.

5. Pay attention to improving the quality of training: during the training period, the base and colleges attached great importance to it, carefully planned and arranged the training work, invited the leaders in charge of the school to attend the opening and closing ceremonies, emphasized the significance of the "Hongzhi Pilot Program" training, expressed expectations and care for the trainees, commented and guided the classroom teaching of the instructors, assigned the class teacher to follow the class, and supervised the whole training process.

6. Do a good job in employment guidance services: the training process is over half this year. In order to promote graduates to apply what they have learned and improve themselves in practice, the base and participating universities actively hold presentations, job fairs and double elections, and take various measures to promote graduates' employment.
