Three. Working time and place

Implement an irregular working system. Full-time government firefighters will receive two months of training before taking up their posts. During the training period, you can enjoy 8 days off every month, which will be arranged by the training unit. After completing the training task and passing the examination, according to the needs of the work, adhere to the principle of proximity and be assigned to the fire squadron in the local area or adjacent areas. During the work of the squadron, the system of "working for five days and taking two days off (excluding business trips)" is implemented.
