Li Jian does not belong to any township in Wuming County. Li Jian is called Wuming Overseas Chinese Farm and nanning overseas chinese investment zone. Now it is the Nanning municipal development zone, called Nanning-ASEAN Economic Development Zone.

Wuming County is located in the south-central part of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, with latitude 22 59 ′ 58 ″-23 33 ′16 ″ and longitude107 49 ′ 26 ″-108 37 ′ 22 ″.

Wuming county has convenient transportation. National Highway 2 10 and Provincial Highway 2032 1 run through the county. Wuming-Nanning second-class highway 1994 was completed and opened to traffic, and Wuming-Shuangqiao first-class highway 1998 was opened. Expressway from the county seat to Nanning will also be opened to traffic on June 1 2004. Every village in the county has access to roads, and towns have access to asphalt roads.
