Baimata, also known as Tang Guang Temple Tower, is located in Tang Guang Temple, Tapu Village, Shipo Ancient Township, northwest of Yanjin County, Xinxiang City, Henan Province.

The construction date of Baimata has not been tested. The existing "Rebuilding the Pagoda of Tang Guang Temple in the Forty-second Year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty (1563)" records: "Tang Guang Temple was founded in Gusuan City, ... but Nai moved, settled in the east of the temple and paved it with the name of the pagoda."

Poets in Ming Dynasty should recite a poem called Tang Guang Ancient Pagoda. "Spirit Griffin even mountain out of the city, the method of cloud empty read no life. We are willing to take all the conveniences. Once we save the poor, we will take Mahayana. " Judging from its architectural structure and style, it was not earlier than the Song Dynasty. The editor of Henan Volume of Introduction to China Ancient Pagoda defines it as Song Pagoda according to its shape.

Legend has it that Baima Tower was built to the eighth floor because of the flood, and the top of the tower has not been sealed yet. Baimata is a hexagonal nine-level pavilion-style brick tower, which has obviously shrunk over three floors and is slightly parabolic. The cornices on each floor are carved from blue bricks, with cornices on the top and brick arches and imitation rafters on the bottom. The height of each floor is different. The second floor is the shortest, with no doors or windows. There are two windows and doors on each floor of other floors. White Mata is 30.06m high, with a bottom diameter of10m and a broken top. There are inclined ladders and spiral ladders alternately connected to the top of the tower. There is a niche on the sixth floor, and the Buddha statue has long since disappeared.

20 13 May, Baima Pagoda of Jintangguang Temple in Xinxiang was announced as the seventh batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
