4. Continuously optimize the existing recruitment process, including the management and training of regional recruitment teams. Implement recruitment, publish recruitment advertisements, screen resumes, evaluate candidates and provide preliminary interview reports.

5. Implement the standardized design and implementation of the recruitment process (information release, resume screening, interview organization, personnel admission, entry procedures and employee background investigation) to continuously improve the professionalism of the recruitment department.
