2. Qualification examination

According to the registration email received, screening and qualification examination will be conducted, and those who pass the preliminary examination will be recommended to participate in the written test and interview.

3. Written test and interview

According to the number of positions to be recruited, the list of candidates for written examination and interview shall be determined according to the ratio of not less than 1:3. The written test and interview are organized by Shanghai Cancer Institute, which mainly test the professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality of the post. Calculate the total score according to the ratio of written test and interview score of 4:6, and determine the preliminary candidates from high score to low score.
