2022 Hainan first-class construction engineer registration portal: China Personnel Examination Network. Candidates can log in to the China Personnel Examination Network (/) within the specified registration time, click online registration in the left navigation to enter the "National Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination Registration Service Platform" to register.

2022 Hainan First-Class Construction Engineer Registration Process:

(1) Log in to the registration system

After the candidate logs in to the system, follow the operation prompts to register. If the candidate has not uploaded a photo, the candidate needs to upload a photo. The system will automatically transfer to the upload photo page. Modification of the photo is not allowed after the photo is successfully uploaded. (3) Select the province to apply for the exam

After the photo upload is completed , click Enter Online Registration on the left to enter the exam selection interface, select the exam you want to apply for in the exam list on the right, click the Select button to enter the province selection interface, select the registration province, and click Next to display the professional and technical personnel qualification exam registration certificate Notice of matter notification and commitment system, as shown in the figure.
