Does not include the following aspects:

2. Financial management of enterprises or individuals: Qualification management does not include financial management of enterprises or individuals, such as accounting and tax filing.

3. Human resource management of enterprises or individuals: Qualification management does not include human resource management of enterprises or individuals, such as recruitment, training and performance management.
