The entrepreneurial legend of five IT youths in Guiyang

Walking into Luo Yongjin’s office, a red, big-eyed Sina doll first broke into sight. Lexun’s entrepreneurial story started from this Sina Doll begins.

When he first returned to Guiyang to start his own business, Luo Yongjin set up an online studio with four partners. When he went out to contact business, others ignored the studio’s business card. Until one time, Luo Yongjin handed over his business card from when he was working at Sina, and the Fangkai boss who always had no time quickly made an appointment with him.

Of course, just relying on a business card will not bring about substantial changes. Learning and accumulating technology and management experience from top large companies in the industry, and then combining their own strengths to find a suitable entrepreneurial path is the magic weapon for Luo Yongjin's team to successfully reach today.

In July 2008, several founders of the company returned to Guiyang from well-known large companies such as Sina and Huawei and began to plan their own IT lives. Previously, they were comrades in the Internet Development Center, an IT club at Guizhou University. At that time, they took over the construction of many commercial websites. The Guida News Network and some school websites were all produced by them. They also excelled in their previous jobs. Luo Yongjin was responsible for developing Sina blogs, mailboxes, circles and other projects when he was at Sina.

Returning to Guiyang and having just established their studio, Luo Yongjin and his partners quickly received the project of producing the website of the China-ASEAN Education Exchange Week. This was a first time for Guizhou’s higher education sector to present itself in front of their Chinese and ASEAN counterparts. It is an excellent opportunity to showcase yourself, and it is also a grand event for educational exchanges between China and ASEAN. It is held for the first time and is of great significance. Luo Yongjin and his partners used their excellent technology and good customer communication skills to successfully complete the task and obtain the studio's first income.

The first proceeds were then used to rent an office and purchase office supplies. After reaching an agreement with China Welfare Lottery to jointly develop lottery sales and lottery systems, Luo Yongjin and his partners began to conduct research and development in isolation. The five core team members did not receive any salary and lived and ate together. In the space of Sun Hang, the company's vice president, there are still photos that record their living conditions at that time: several people often fell asleep still holding the computer; a cardboard box was the workbench. Five months later, they finally developed 3D ?The number of downloads of Cai Elf software exceeded 20,000 times in the first week after its official release, and it obtained the software copyright issued by the State Intellectual Property Office.

In March 2009, the "intelligent industry information search engine" independently developed by Luo Yongjin's team was listed as a 2009 high-tech project by the Guiyang Science and Technology Bureau and received free financial support. In January 2010, with their excellent R&D capabilities and experience, Luo Yongjin and his partners successfully introduced 1 million yuan from angel funds and established a branch in Zunyi. As of now, this team with an average age of only 25 years has grown in just ten years. It created an output value of more than 1.6 million yuan per month. ;
