Yucheng County is a county under the jurisdiction of Shangqiu City, located in the east of Henan Province, at the junction of Henan, Shandong and Anhui provinces, adjacent to Shangqiu City in the east and Shangqiu New District in the west. It is the nearest county in Shangqiu city.

Yucheng enjoys an excellent geographical location and convenient transportation. Yucheng County is located in the middle of the alluvial plain of the Yellow River and the south of the North China Plain, with the old "Three Gangs, Eighteen Solids, Two Zes" and "One Old Dike". The terrain slopes slightly from northwest to southeast. The altitude is between 39m and 58m, and the natural slope is 1/5000 ~ 1/6000. Due to the flood of the Yellow River, three obvious micro landforms have been formed. In the regional geological structure, it is located in the southern margin of Mesozoic and Cenozoic basins in North China, and is covered by extremely thick Cenozoic loose sediments.
