Qingdao Maternity Allowance Payment Standard 2023
1, maternity insurance benefits
(1) Maternity medical expenses;

2, employees in any of the following circumstances, can enjoy maternity allowance in accordance with state regulations:
(1) Female employees enjoy maternity leave;

(3) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
3. The maternity insurance fund mainly comes from the maternity insurance premium paid by the employer. Includes the following contents:
(1) Maternity insurance premium paid by the employer;
(2) Interest income of maternity insurance fund;
(3) late fees. Enterprises must pay maternity insurance premiums on schedule. Failing to pay within the time limit, a late fee of 2‰ will be charged on a daily basis. Late fees are transferred to maternity insurance fund. Late fees are included in non-operating expenses and adjusted when paying taxes;
(four) other funds that should be included in the maternity insurance fund according to law.
The requirements for receiving maternity allowance are as follows:
1. The employee has undergone fertility-related surgery: it is required that the employee has completed delivery or had pregnancy termination and family planning surgery;
2. Meet the continuous payment period: employees need to pay maternity insurance continuously 1 year, and they are in a normal state of participating in maternity insurance in the last month of carrying out fertility surgery;
3. The employer has paid the maternity allowance in advance according to the regulations: the same employer must pay the maternity insurance premium for the employee from the month when the employee performs the maternity-related operation to the month when the vacation ends, and the unit is also required to pay the maternity allowance to the employee monthly according to the regulations.
The information required to apply for maternity insurance allowance is as follows:
1, family planning certificate (i.e. birth permit);
2. Newborn medical certificate (i.e. birth certificate) or household register;
3. Diagnosis certificate (production certificate issued by the production hospital and issued at the time of discharge) and expense certificate (printed at the time of discharge);
4. My ID card (original ID card of the agent provided by the agent);
5. Provide details of hospitalization expenses for dystocia in different places or overseas;

Maternity medical expenses include the following contents:

Article 56
Workers in any of the following circumstances can enjoy maternity allowance in accordance with state regulations:
(1) Female employees enjoy maternity leave;
(2) Enjoy family planning operation leave;
(3) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Maternity allowance is calculated and paid according to the average monthly salary of employees in the previous year of the employer.
