If you want to figure it out, you have to take the exam again. The future of township civil servants is generally inferior to that of Selected Graduates. Selected Graduates can be transferred directly. Unless you have a strong background, you can pass the civil service examination and then find a job.

Third, work comfort: the township work is meticulous, the power is light and the responsibility is heavy, and the position is light. All the leaders come from above, and you have to pretend to be a grandson. I know very well that family planning, letters and visits, and safe production are all "one-vote vetoes" and all will lose their hats. If the leader loses his hat, you have to get hit by the board. Township work pressure, poor environment. Working in an office is more casual and simple, and the working environment is better.
