I am a teacher and graduated from Beijing Normal University majoring in Chinese International Education. I once went to America to teach for a year. After returning to China, I worked in a public school in Beijing for two years. Now I am a Chinese teacher in an international school in Shanghai. International schools have a multicultural working environment, with many holidays and little pressure. They can still achieve a work-life balance, so they are a very good career choice. At present, domestic and international schools are mainly divided into foreign children's schools and bilingual private schools, and the salaries in different regions are also different. On the whole, wages in Shenzhen and parts of Guangdong are very high, followed by the Yangtze River Delta. The treatment of several top international schools in Beijing is very good. Some can achieve equal pay for equal work at home and abroad, but the threshold is high, while the treatment of international schools in Shanghai is generally lower. When I just graduated, I voted for the resumes of many international schools in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Beijing teachers, Shanghai teacher recruitment information network, deep teacher education, etc. This kind of official WeChat account is mainly based on the recruitment information of teachers in the system, but there are also recruitment information of international and bilingual schools.

2. Recruitment app

After I downloaded almost all kinds of apps, I found that there are many teacher positions in international schools: 5 1job, Zhaopin, Hunting, Linkedln.

(1) Hunting is to contact you through headhunting. Many jobs in international schools are recruited by headhunters, who have many job opportunities in different schools.

(2) LinkedIn Workplace is an international recruitment software. Haha, many foreigners are using it, and there are many job opportunities in international schools.

3. Other channels

In addition to the above two methods, you can also make good use of your circle of alumni acquaintances, or brush more social platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douban and Zhihu, and you will certainly gain something.
