The IC design business has the design capabilities of analog and mixed signal IC of 0.25μm and below, 0. 18μmCMOS and 0.5 μm BiCMOS. The main products are MCU, digital-analog mixed, digital audio-video Soc and power management circuit.

The wafer manufacturing business has a processing capacity of more than 0.35μm m, with three 4-inch, 1 5-inch and two 6-inch wafer production lines, with an annual output of more than 2.2 million wafers.
