3. Strong interpersonal communication and management skills. Nowadays, the management of students is no better than before. It is definitely not an easy thing to get hundreds of independent young people who feel good about themselves to recognize and obey you.

4. It is best to have long-term experience as a major student cadre. Cultivating students and selecting student cadres is definitely not a simple matter, and one's own example and demonstration role are particularly critical.

5. The political identity of party members is essential. This is your minimum requirement for student organization construction and student organization development.

6. Personal comprehensive knowledge and social knowledge should be relatively rich.

The students you teach are probably not students of your previous major. You must learn to explain some basic general knowledge to students effectively.

7. It is best to have a background in psychology. You must understand that you will face a team of hundreds of students. Talking with normal students and communicating with students with psychological problems are commonplace things you often face.
