I. Ship Information

Fourth, the lease term.

Party B provides the ship for lease, and Party A rents the ship for 24 months, and the lease period starts from the ship delivery date. Upon the expiration of 24 months, Party A has the priority to choose to renew the ship 12 months.

Eight. Shipowner's supply

Party B shall pay the crew salaries, meals, welfare expenses, ship materials, crew daily necessities, fresh water, ship insurance, ship maintenance, ship filing fees, tonnage tax, transportation management fees or waterway fees and other expenses that shall be borne by Party B. ..

Party B shall be equipped with sufficient lashing rigging according to the container load listed in the ship certificate; Ensure that the ship can provide enough power corresponding to the number of cold box plugs, and have reasonable maintenance emergency measures in case of failure; Ensure that sufficient lighting is provided so that all cargo holds can work safely at the same time.

Party A's agent in Hong Kong shall assist in arranging the daily business of the ship in Hong Kong. When handling the visa procedures for crew getting on and off the ship, crew repatriation, hospitalization, ship repair and other matters, Party B must entrust Party A in writing and pay the relevant fees according to the fees charged by Party A's agent.

Nine, the lessee supply

Party A arranges the fuel supply and pays the fuel fee during the operation of the ship according to its instructions, and pays the departure/entry permit fee, stay permit fee, agency fee, cargo handling fee, business telephone fee, domestic ship health inspection fee, berthing fee, port fee, agency fee, cargo handling fee and GPS service fee.

X. rent

Party B shall report the rent receivable, fuel fee payable/deducted and other expenses of last month to Party A for verification before 5th of each month, and Party A shall pay the payable amount within 65,438+05 working days after confirmation by both parties (subject to the date of bank remittance by Party A). This sum shall be deducted from the expenses payable by Party B to Party A and the losses caused to Party A due to Party B's breach of contract. Party A has postponed the payment of the rent for the last month of the lease period to offset the deposit paid by Party A when delivering the ship, the difference in the amount of oil returned to the ship and the expenses payable by Party B during the lease period.
