The interview results are calculated according to the percentage system, and the final interview results of candidates are calculated by the "correction coefficient method" in different interviews and different examination rooms for the same position. Those who do not attend the interview on time are deemed to have given up the interview qualification automatically. Interview vacancies will not be filled.

Due to unqualified physical examination, examination or automatic abandonment of vacant planned indicators, posts will be filled from high score to low score. For the position without replacement personnel, from all those who participated in the interview but did not enter the physical examination, according to the principle of high to low total score, on the basis of my own voluntariness, the one with the same total score and the highest written test score ranked first.

Four. Employment treatment and management
(1) Policy basis. The management of employed college students shall be carried out in accordance with Zi Ban Fa [2009] No.43 document and the Notice of the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security on Further Improving the Management and Service of College Graduates in Rural Grassroots Service Projects (Zi Ren She Fa [2010] No.238).
(2) Living allowance and treatment. Employment graduates enjoy a certain living allowance or salary during their employment. During the service period, the standard of work and living allowance shall be determined with reference to the salary and income level standard of newly hired personnel from college graduates in the districts, counties, towns and institutions where the service community is located, and the relevant social insurance shall be handled for them.
(3) Management during employment and treatment after expiration. The employed graduates are managed by the street (township) where they are located. The probation period is 3 months, and the employment period is generally 3 years. Those who are incompetent for two consecutive years shall be dismissed according to the contract. Upon the expiration of the contract, the contract shall be terminated or renewed according to the wishes of both parties, and the personnel who terminate the contract shall enter the talent market to choose their own jobs. Don't leave your post without special reasons.
Graduates who have worked in the community for 2 years and participated in the open recruitment of municipal institutions within 3 years will get 6 points for written test scores; Participate in the open recruitment of various institutions in counties and townships, and add 10 to the written test score.
