Is it easy for non-psychology majors to find a job as a counselor?

You can take the exam, but it is more difficult. Non-professional students can only take the exam as teaching assistants. It's very difficult to take the first grade exam, which requires five years' working experience in related fields. So it is unrealistic to want to go to school before this.

You might as well take the postgraduate entrance examination directly, of course, as a psychology graduate student. You can go directly to the counselor when you come out.
