Confirmation time: February 26-27, 2022, 65438 (9: 00 am-165438+0: 30 pm, 13:30- 16:30).

Audit location: Floor 1, Talent Building, Shifu South Road 19, Hefei.

Audit object: In order to avoid the gathering of people, in principle, on February 26th, 65438, the audit unit will send the candidates and the candidates' materials registered by the last person whose online newspaper number is 0, 1, 2 and 3. On the morning of February 27th, 65438, the candidates' materials registered by the last person numbered 4, 5 and 6 in the online newspaper were reviewed. Second, confirm the relevant materials I need on site

1. Require students and candidates to submit materials:

(1) Print the application form online (personal contact information is required on the application form) and affix the official seal of the school;

(2) A copy of the "Admissions Guide" stamped with the special seal for enrollment of the Provincial Department of Education when students enter school, and all copies must be stamped with the official seal of the school;

(3) the student's eight-month internship certificate in a general hospital (the official seal of the internship hospital is required, and the department seal of the hospital is not recognized);

Note: Due to the shortage of on-site confirmation time and the large number of people, all schools are requested to arrange the application form and internship certificate one by one according to the order of enrollment form.

2. On-the-job candidates need to submit:

(1) Print the declaration form online (personal contact information should be filled in the application form) and affix the official seal of the company;

(2) the original graduation certificate;

(3) Letter of appointment or employment contract of my company.

(4) The student's eight-month internship certificate in a general hospital (the official seal of the internship hospital is required, and the department seal of the hospital is not recognized).

3. Candidates who register through the talent market in the place where the archives are stored shall submit:

(1) Print the application form online (personal contact information is required on the application form) and affix the official seal of the talent market;

(2) the original graduation certificate;

(3) The student's eight-month internship certificate in the general hospital (the official seal of the internship hospital is required, and the department seal of the hospital is not recognized).

Third, matters needing attention

1. Candidates should not modify the information in the system after printing the registration form to avoid the situation that the registration form cannot be scanned.

2. After passing the on-site qualification examination, the application form that passed the examination must be submitted to the confirmation office for on-site scanning confirmation (those who fail to submit the form or submit the form within the time specified by the state shall be regarded as individuals giving up participating in this registration). The latest time to submit the form for this audit is February 27th, 2022 16: 30.

3. Candidates must pay online in China before the specified time. Please remember my username and password. Candidates who fail to pay the fee within the time limit will be considered as giving up registration.

Four. Relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control

1. In order to effectively protect the life safety and health of the majority of candidates, candidates must consciously cooperate with the temperature measurement at the entrance and obey the management of the on-site staff.

2. On-site staff and candidates must wear disposable medical surgical masks (N95 masks are recommended) when entering the audit site, but they must not interfere with identity verification. Candidates line up in turn to submit materials for review, and the spacing should be kept above 1 m. Candidates are advised to bring their own pen signatures. After the on-site audit process, candidates should leave as soon as possible, and no stopovers are allowed.

3. In principle, if the number of applicants in the candidate's unit exceeds 3 in the current year, the unit will organize the registration in a unified manner and arrange a special person to submit the confirmation materials.
