1. The recruitment targets are fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities in 215 and people with nationally recognized academic qualifications in society. The age requirement is 18-35 years old (that is, born between May 29, 1979 and May 29, 1997), and the age can be relaxed to below 45 years old (that is, born after May 29, 1969) for official staff of government agencies and institutions or those with bachelor's degree or above or with intermediate titles.

2. The hired personnel are the establishment personnel of public institutions. After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination shall go through the employment procedures according to the regulations, and the salary and treatment stipulated by the national and provincial policies shall be implemented according to the positions they have hired.
