According to Article 2 of the Special Protection Provisions for Juvenile Workers:

Juvenile workers refer to workers who have reached the age of 16 and are under the age of 18. According to Article 3 of the Special Protection Provisions for Juvenile Workers:

The employing unit shall not arrange underage workers to engage in the following labor:
