I. Basic conditions

Job requirements:
1. Master degree or above in public health management, computer information technology, hospital management and other related majors;

2. Master the research methods of statistical analysis and mining utilization of relevant information data, and skillfully operate Python, R and other related data management and analysis mining software;
3. Familiar with medical and health-related business processes, with strong organization, coordination and comprehensive ability, and some practical experience in data analysis and mining application is preferred;
4. Strong writing ability and strong sense of responsibility.
(4) Network and information security posts (2)
Job description:
Responsible for network and information security management.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer, information engineering, communication engineering, information security and other related majors, with CET-4 or above;
2. Have relevant working experience in health industry, or experience in network security management;
3. Familiar with relevant national information security laws and regulations, familiar with the configuration of mainstream networks and security equipment, as well as the technology and protection methods of mainstream network attacks;
4. Familiar with the maintenance of servers such as Linux and Windows, familiar with server virtualization technology and cloud platform system maintenance, and familiar with domestic software and hardware is preferred;
5. Those who have one of the following certification certificates are preferred: Huawei Network Engineer Certification, Huasan Network Engineer Certification, CISP, CISM, RedhatRHCE.

Third, the recruitment method
(1) Registration
1. Registration method:
This recruitment is registered by email. Scanned copies of scientific research academic achievements, honorary certificates and other related materials.

2. Precautions:
Social workers from other provinces and cities must hold a Shanghai residence permit (within the validity period) for more than 1 year, and the calculation deadline is March 2023 15, with a copy of the front and back of the residence permit;
The identification of fresh graduates refers to the recruitment requirements of civil servants, including academic degree certificates and employment registration certificates for fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities issued by provincial education authorities. There is no personnel and labor relationship during the study period, and social insurance is not paid.
Others are registered by social personnel.
The conditions for returning overseas students to apply for the exam refer to the recruitment requirements of civil servants, and obtain the academic degree certification materials of the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education before the application deadline.

3. Special notice:

(3) Examination
1, written test
The written test is organized by the statistics center according to the post requirements, and the written test mainly includes the basic theory and professional knowledge related to the post.
At the same time, set the minimum interview score line, sort the candidates who pass the score line from high to low according to the written test scores, and determine the candidates who enter the interview according to the ratio of not less than the total number of recruitment positions 1: 3, and notify them by email, SMS or telephone. Those who fail will not be notified separately.
Step 2 interview
The interview mainly tests the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality of the post.
The comprehensive score accounts for 40% of the written test score and 60% of the interview score. The hiring personnel are determined from high to low, and those who have not crossed the line are not allowed to enter the medical examination without further notice.
(4) Organizing the physical examination of the personnel to be employed.
Organize medical institutions above Grade II and Grade A in this Municipality to carry out employment physical examination.
(5) Investigation
Shanghai Health Statistics Center conducted an investigation on it, mainly focusing on its ideological and political quality, law-abiding situation, moral quality, integrity record and so on.

According to the results of written examination, interview, physical examination and investigation, it will be publicized on the website of "Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau" for 7 days.
