(a) the county (city, district) Health Bureau is responsible for the preliminary examination and information entry of the first registration materials for nurses in medical and health institutions issued by units within its jurisdiction;

(two) the Municipal Health Bureau is responsible for the preliminary examination and information entry of the first registration materials for nurses in medical and health units and social medical and health institutions directly under the municipal government; Summarize and review the first registration materials and information of nurses in the city, and submit them to the Provincial Health Department for handling after passing the examination.

Four. Materials to be submitted
