What happens if the court decides that the property management fee and liquidated damages belong to the property company?
The court has made a judgment, which is final. Property companies can apply for compensation to individuals and units in arrears by virtue of judgments. If the payment is not made within the time limit stipulated in the judgment, the property company may apply to the court for compulsory execution. It is enforced by the court according to law. The court may inquire about the account of the person subjected to execution to forcibly transfer money, or seal up his property by auction to fulfill the debt repayment obligation in the judgment.
It should be noted that the application for execution must be made within two years after the judgment document takes effect, and shall not exceed the application time limit.
