I. Installation requirements of outdoor unit of air conditioner

1. The outdoor unit shall be installed on the reserved air conditioning panel or at the location required by the property.

2. The outdoor unit requires that the upper and lower doors can be smooth in the vertical direction.

3, air conditioning condensate pipe should be inserted into the adjacent rainwater pipe condensation interface.

4. The outdoor pipes of the outdoor unit should be uniformly set on one side of the air conditioning panel according to the property requirements, and the upper and lower households should be straight and in the same position. The opening position on the outdoor pipe wall of the outdoor unit on the first floor is not less than 15cm from the garage roof, and the waterproof layer shall not be damaged.

5. The outdoor unit of air conditioner should be installed firmly, and the external walls of all buildings in this residential area should be provided with insulation layers. Requirements:

(1), when the air-conditioning board is fixed, the length of the fixing bolt shall not be less than 12 cm (the depth of extending into the structural layer is 7 cm).

(2) The hanger shall be used for fixing, the length of hanger fixing bolts shall not be less than 20 cm (depth into structural layer 12 cm) and the number of fixing bolts shall not be less than 2.

(3), fixed hanger and other waterproof components shall not damage the waterproof layer.

6, fixed bolt hole, pipe wall hole to waterproof closed processing. Before tightening, the bolt holes shall be sealed with glass glue, and the through-wall holes shall be plugged with waterproof putty, and then a special protective cap shall be installed.

Second, the installation steps of air conditioning outdoor unit

1. Drill expansion bolt holes according to the position of the outdoor unit and the holes on the mounting frame, and the number and specifications of the holes must meet the requirements of the installation instructions; Fix the outdoor unit mounting frame, and the number and specifications of expansion bolts must meet the requirements of the installation instructions; Outdoor unit in place, plug in the bolt. After leveling, tighten the bolts, and the height difference per meter of the outdoor unit shall not exceed 5 mm ..

2. Unscrew the interface cover on the outdoor valve and connect the refrigerant connecting pipe. When connecting, be sure to use two wrenches, fix the valve with adjustable wrench, and tighten the joint nut with torque wrench.

3. Connect the refrigerant connecting pipe to the pipe joint of the indoor unit. When connecting, be sure to use two wrenches, fix the connecting bolt with adjustable wrench, and tighten the connecting nut with torque wrench. If the condensate drain pipe is not long enough, please connect the auxiliary nozzle in the machine.

4. Remove the control box cover of the outdoor unit, connect the cables to the terminals corresponding to the terminal board according to the number and color, and then install the control box cover; Unscrew the multi-purpose cover on the return valve, turn the liquid card in the direction of valve opening, press the valve core into the multi-purpose port, and push out the nitrogen and air filled in the connecting pipe and indoor unit with refrigerant. Bleeding time depends on the requirements of installation instructions.

5. Use electronic halogen leak detector to detect leakage or use cleaner to evenly spread on each interface. If there is leakage, it is necessary to close the valve, loosen the joint, cut off the bell mouth and re-flare it, reconnect it, and exhaust until there is no leakage; Completely unscrew the liquid valve and air return valve.

6. Unscrew the indoor unit panel, the screws of the terminal board panel, connect the cables to the corresponding terminals according to the number and color of the terminal board, cover the junction box panel and tighten the screws; Some brands of air conditioners have been wired when they leave the factory, so this step is omitted. Plastic-seal the connecting pipe to make it close to the wall, wrap the joint with adhesive sponge, and wrap the connecting pipe and cable together with PVC packaging tape and pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.

7. Add half a glass of water to the condensate tank at the lower part of the indoor heat exchanger to test whether the drainage is smooth and cover the indoor machine panel; Check the insulation resistance between the power cord and the ground wire from the plug of the air conditioner, and make sure that its value is not less than 2MΩ；; Plug in the power supply and check the grounding resistance; If the user's power supply has no grounding wire, it needs reliable grounding.

8, power-on trial operation, Century Star introduced whether all the functions of air conditioning can be realized normally, and demonstrated for users, but did not try to cool in winter and heat in summer; Check the temperature difference between the air inlet and outlet. The cooling temperature should be 12~ 17℃ and the heating temperature should be16 ~ 23℃. Seal the hole in the wall with sealant; Fill in the installation form and ask the user to sign it.
