What if I don't pay the property fee and receive a lawyer's letter?

Legal analysis: the owners who don't pay the property fee can't be members of the community industry Committee and owners' representatives. In some places, public officials and party member cadres will be required to take the lead in paying property fees. The owner's correct approach is to ask the industry Committee to urge the property company to put it in place according to the standards and requirements of the property service contract. If the property company fails to perform the property service contract and causes losses to the owner, it may request the property company to compensate. Legal basis: Article 944 of General Principles of Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the owner shall pay the property fee to the property service provider as agreed.
