What materials does Jinan need to extract housing provident fund?

When employees withdraw housing provident fund, they shall provide the identity card of the extractor. If the name of the applicant is not recorded in the extraction certification materials, a marriage certificate or household registration book shall be provided.

Those who have obtained the Alien's Permanent Residence Permit shall take the Alien's Permanent Residence Permit as their valid identity documents.

Commissioned by others to extract, it should also be issued by the extractor's "Ji 'nan Housing Provident Fund Extraction Power of Attorney" and the agent's ID card.

In addition to the above materials, the following materials shall be provided according to the specific extraction conditions:

1. If you purchase commercial housing in this city, you should provide the real estate registration certificate (house ownership certificate) and deed tax payment certificate of the purchased housing; If the real estate registration certificate has not been obtained, the commercial housing sales contract registered in Jinan real estate registration system and the full purchase invoice uniformly printed by the tax authorities or the full advance payment of Jinan real estate enterprises shall be provided.

2. To purchase existing houses in this city, the real estate registration certificate (house ownership certificate) and deed tax payment certificate of the purchased houses shall be provided.

3. According to the relevant provisions of the housing reform policy to buy the city's own housing, should provide the purchased housing "real estate registration certificate" (hereinafter referred to as "all of the housing") and valid purchase invoices, or housing reform distribution table and valid purchase invoices.

4. If you buy self-owned houses for demolition and resettlement in this city, you shall provide valid proof of the house demolition and resettlement agreement and the payment of the house price difference.

5. If you buy your own house in a different place, you should provide the real estate registration certificate (house ownership certificate), the deed tax payment certificate, the full purchase invoice uniformly printed by the tax authorities and the commercial housing sales contract.

Extraction condition

Employees who purchase their own houses can withdraw the housing accumulation fund of their husband, wife, parents and children in one lump sum within three years after obtaining valid proof of purchase. Parents and children must have the same household registration as the husband and wife.

The total withdrawal amount shall not exceed the total purchase price.

Withdrawal per capita must have no housing provident fund loan balance.
