1. Performance materials

2. Basic materials

If the three certificates are not integrated, the organization code certificate needs to be submitted by the enterprise.

3. Personnel materials

The personnel materials prepared by the property management company mainly include personnel certificates, education certificates, identity cards, social security certificates, etc., to prove to the competent authorities that the personnel preparation meets the requirements.
