Can I apply for a land certificate and a real estate license for a property management house?

The property right of the property management house belongs to all owners, and there is no need to issue real estate license.

Article 73 of the Property Law stipulates: "... the house for property service belongs to the owner."

Article 38 of the Property Management Regulations stipulates: "The ownership of property management houses belongs to the owners according to law. Without the consent of the owners' meeting, the property service enterprise shall not change the use of the property management house. "
