In order to protect public health and safety and effectively prevent the spread of the epidemic, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. According to the judgment of the municipal expert group, it is now designated as: Wenjing Campus of Tianyi Experimental School and Building Jinghu Meiyuan 17, No.399 Hongye East Road, Anzhen Street, Xishan District, as closed control areas. People in the area strictly implement home isolation measures and implement "regional closure, staying at home and home service".

2. Anzhen Street in Xishan District is managed according to the control area, and the following prevention and control measures are implemented:

1. Residents in this area "are not allowed to leave this area and gathering is strictly prohibited". Every household can go in and out of the community to buy living materials with a pass every day, and the time of going out shall not exceed 2 hours;

2 supermarkets, farmers' markets, medical institutions, pharmacies, catering enterprises, etc. , all kinds of business premises and shops in the area are closed; All types of units in normal business should strictly implement prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, wearing masks and scanning "doorbell code" to prevent people from gathering and make the workplace environment good;

3, the necessary city operation service security personnel, medical and health personnel, public security police, etc. Enter and leave the control area with the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours and the Emergency Pass for Epidemic Prevention and Control.

3. From April 25th, three rounds of full-time nucleic acid detection will be conducted in Xishan District. On this basis, several rounds of nucleic acid detection will be carried out in Anzhen Street in the control area. All personnel in Xishan District are requested to take the initiative to go to the nearest sampling point for nucleic acid detection according to the notification requirements. When sampling, do personal protection and keep a safe distance. Those who evade or refuse to participate in nucleic acid testing will be managed by "Su Kang code" and given a red warning by "doorbell code". If the epidemic spreads, relevant responsibilities will be investigated according to laws and regulations.

4. Starting from April 26th, the city will conduct all-round nucleic acid testing for teachers, students and employees in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the city, and adjust the nucleic acid testing work in schools according to the needs of current epidemic prevention and control. Teachers, students and employees are requested to attend in an orderly manner within the specified time according to the requirements of the school notice.

May, April 19, people who have time and space with positive infected people will be given the yellow code management of "Su Kang code". Please take the initiative to complete the nucleic acid detection three times a day as required, and do personal protection throughout. Don't take public transportation, go to places where people gather and participate in gathering activities.
