Property qualification examination

Ten certificates are required to apply for the qualification of a property management company:

Intermediate certificates in five real estate categories:

One engineering major and one accounting major are necessary, and the other three majors are not limited.

Certificates for five types of property:

1 property manager certificate is required, and 4 property manager certificates or property manager certificates are required.

Five people with real estate licenses and five people with intermediate titles cannot overlap, that is, they cannot have both certificates and intermediate titles.
