Can the elevator be removed because of the property fee?

If the owner fails to pay the property fee, the property service enterprise may take corresponding measures to demand payment, but shall not stop using the public facilities and equipment without authorization, and shall not dismantle the public facilities and equipment without authorization. Therefore, it is illegal to dismantle the elevator.
