Training object

The object of this training is the manager of property management department and the manager of property management enterprise. Whether you are engaged in or about to engage in property management, or have been engaged in property management related work for more than 3 years, you can participate in this training.

Training purpose

Through this training, you will have professional theoretical knowledge and working ability, become a qualified manager and be better qualified for this position.

Training content

This training includes three unified examination subjects: Introduction to Property Management, Property Management Practice and Property Management Regulations, as well as three elective subjects: Building Structure and Drawing, Property Equipment Management and Real Estate Development, Operation and Management. The department manager does not need to choose a self-selected subject.
