How to promote the construction of community informatization

Cooperatives can promote their own information construction from the following five aspects:

(1) Build an integrated logistics management system of cooperative production, supply and marketing. With the cooperative chain extending from production to production, supply and sales, reasonable arrangement of planting plan according to sales orders, and strict production management, inventory management and distribution management according to the requirements of orders will certainly bring high benefits to members while ensuring high yield of agricultural products. Therefore, the integration of production, supply and marketing of agricultural products will inevitably become an important part of cooperative management informationization, which is conducive to the informationization of cooperative management mode and scientific management. Build an integrated logistics management system of production, supply and sales of farmers' professional cooperatives, apply information technology to production management, and extend informatization to market sales along the industrial chain. By establishing the basic information system of agricultural products from production to sales, the whole process of information management of production, supply and sales can be realized, which is completely consistent with agricultural industrialization and organically links production, circulation, processing and sales, which can effectively solve the problem that production is out of touch with the market in the development of cooperative industry. The scope of the system will be extended to the pre-production, mid-production and post-production process of cooperatives, and it is mainly based on network application, with the characteristics of online transaction and real-time management, and can monitor every link from production to marketing, which will greatly enhance the driving ability and marketing ability of cooperatives.

(2) Build a collaborative traceability management system. Cooperatives are the key link that covers the widest range of farmers, involves the most agricultural products and realizes the safety of agricultural products. In order to solve the problem of information asymmetry and responsibility of agricultural products, it is necessary to build a traceability system for the quality and safety of agricultural products for cooperatives. As an important evidence of the quality and safety of agricultural products, consumers require reliable, accurate and timely traceability of products and all links in the supply chain. By integrating electronic tags, bar codes, readers and other devices, the system starts with the issuance of product quality and safety traceability request and ends with the generation of a complete product quality and safety traceability report, and realizes the traceability of multi-angle quality and safety information based on product batch number, raw material batch number and cooperative member grouping. The system will provide consumers with various ways to trace the quality and safety information of purchased products, such as network, bar code scanning, voice telephone, SMS, etc., and has the functions of providing consumer guides, safety tips, cooperation portal links and so on.

(3) Establish a cooperative information service system. Strengthen and improve the construction of cooperative information network, tap and integrate the existing information collection, processing and distribution networks and channels according to local conditions, select information technology and network equipment with low cost, wide coverage, low power consumption and easy maintenance that can meet the needs of agriculture and rural areas, establish and improve the cooperative information service system, collect, analyze, predict and publish all kinds of effective information in time, and form a one-stop service of "spreading information-guiding production-helping sales". At the same time, effective organization and management and accurate and fast service are realized by combining the characteristics of each cooperative, and the characteristics and advantages of information technology are fully utilized in all aspects such as capital, production, supply and marketing, technology, information, processing, storage and transportation, so that information collection, information release, dynamic monitoring, analysis, management, decision-making and spatial information management can be integrated, and all resources and information can be shared in different cooperatives. On this basis, actively introduce and develop cooperative-oriented information service products, enrich cooperative service methods and means, expand service content, enhance members' ability to increase income and get rich by means of information technology, give full play to the application of information technology in cooperatives, and promote cooperatives to play a role in the construction of new socialist countryside.

(4) Build a collaborative basic information resource management and decision support platform. Study the development mode of specialized production and integrated management and the socialized service mode of production, supply and marketing docking, establish a cooperative decision support platform, and realize the basic information management support, production support and circulation support of cooperatives. On the basis of greatly improving the informatization level of member management, yield management, quality management and fund management, the platform can realize collaborative arrangement of planting plans according to the demand of orders before production, reduce the risk of collaborative sales, finely organize production during production, improve production efficiency and quality of agricultural products, expand the market information radius and transaction radius in sales, and improve the market competitiveness of agricultural products. For example, geographic information system (GIS) technology is used to realize the digital and visual representation of spatial information such as the distribution of farmers' spatial location, administrative villages and towns, and the distribution of planting varieties, and to centrally manage the attribute data such as planting area, farmers' contact information, and transaction records in previous years, so as to provide basic data for the daily management and decision support of cooperatives; Establish a collaborative management system for agricultural product planting plans, a standardized planting management system based on good agricultural practices, and a cooperative production and marketing docking system to achieve comprehensive information support for cooperatives in pre-production, mid-production, post-production and circulation.

(5) Build a unified collaborative portal management platform. The construction of cooperative portal has begun to take shape, but the websites of the same kind or industry lack uniform and standardized service standards and information sharing agreements, and are still in a state of fragmentation. There are widespread problems such as lack of communication between websites, inability to share information resources, repeated construction of projects, small amount of information, lack of refinement and standardization of design, lack of personality and professional characteristics, and poor timeliness of information. Establish a unified network standard or principle, on the basis of maintaining the original characteristics, use resources to transform the existing cooperative websites, build a unified management platform for cooperatives in the region, and form a service network that connects cooperatives and industries in the region, shares resources and promotes the development of regional agricultural informatization while improving the level of cooperative informatization.
