How to write the company cancellation liquidation report?

1. Company assets inventory: after inventory, the company * * * has assets of xx yuan, including monetary funds of xx yuan, inventory of xx yuan, accounts receivable of xx yuan, and fixed assets of xx yuan (if there are creditor's rights and debts, they shall be borne by the shareholders of the company in proportion to their capital contribution);
